So two weekends ago we enjoyed a date night in, where we watched the Green Hornet in our little movie room, it was great! (By the way, I loved the movie, thought it was super entertaining!) Then on Saturday we met up with our friends at Carino's & enjoyed some good food, then killed some time at an arcade place before seeing a movie! Always a good time with good friends!
Jonathan loves this jump rope game! Haha what a nerd....
Then this past weekend J & I enjoyed another night in where he surprised me with stuff to make homemade pizza's (I literally was thinking that's what I wanted for dinner & he didn't even know that... It's like we have ESP!) Then we decided since two years have past since we last watched it, that we would start re-watching Friday Night Lights, only the best TV show ever to have been made (at least the first three seasons anyway!)
Ohhh how I've missed these guys!
Especially these two, they're my fav!
For real, if you haven't seen this show, buy it, you won't be disappointed!
Anyway, then on Saturday morning we met our friends at the Trucks & Auto auction in Nampa. I'd never been to an auction before so it was really fun! Then it got a little scary when my hubby started to big on a car.... and then actually had the highest bid & got it! Ohh geeeze was all I was thinking! But then I got to check it out & I actually really liked it! Here she is:
1994 Isuzu Trooper, fully loaded! We're hoping to just get into the 'flipping cars' thing again to make some extra cash, so if ya know anyone interested let me know ;) Anyway we had fun at it & are excited to go to another one in a few weeks!
Later that day we met our friends again for a wonderful Mexican dinner at Jalapeno's then enjoyed a bonfire & 'Ridiculousness' marathon at Jarryd&Nat's house! Also, if you haven't seen that show (its basically just full of hilarious clips of people getting hurt or doing dumb stuff) it's awesome! Jonathan isn't usually one for literally laughing out loud, but when it comes to this show he goes nuts! I love watching it just to be able to watch him crack up with laughter!
On Sunday we went to church of course & taught just 3 of our usual 9 kids (its the start of Spring Break here so a lot were out of town) and it was nice cause the troublemaker wasn't there (hehe!!) Usually we would go to J's parents house for the rest of the day on Sundays, but they were in UT for the weekend so then when we came home we got a picnic together & rode the bike up to Simplot Hill to celebrate two years since Jonathan popped the question! It actually is two years from today, March 27th, but we knew we wouldn't have time during the week & wanted to go when there was good weather.
Speaking of that good weather we thought we were going to have... yeah well when we got up to the top of the hill, it rained a little bit on us... ooops.... Jonathan decided that was a good time to inform me that he knew it was going to rain, but didn't want to tell me cause he thought I'd be disappointed, what a guy! So we just laughed it off, finished our food, reminisced on the past two years, and made our way back to the bike!
In case you didn't already know, I just love him! Saying yes that night two years ago was the best & easiest decision I've ever made (and let me tell you, I am BAD at making decisions!)
And here's a picture of our shoes... I don't know why, I just felt like it ok!?!
When we came home we got our FNL on, snuggled, enjoyed a good dinner & made a great ending to another great weekend!

Cute! That's sweet that you celebrate him proposing to you. Love your leather coat! Also, we were just talking about how we want to start watching FNL again...seriously my FAVORITE!!
