Connor comes to visit!

So Connor was going out to BYU for Soccer camp but flew in to Utah a week before camp started, so we found a way to get him to stay with us for about 5 of those day! It was so much fun to have him stay with us. Jonathan kicked his butt a little bit to get him all trained for soccer camp everyday (which turns out maybe helped a little bit since Connor won the juggling contest & his team won the tournament of the week, way to go!) We also did some fun stuff including the 3 of us going to the lake, and Connor and I tubed for about 3 hours straight, it was awesome! ("SHARE, SHARE, SHARE" became our little secret tubing code!) We also watched Transformers 2 in Jonathan's parent's theatre and then the next night went to the real theatre to see Transformers 3... surprisingly I really like it! While in downtown Boise we walked around a bit and showed Connor the BSU campus and what not. I just love my little bro & am so glad we could have a little fun together! Come visit anytime :)

Mike and Melissa's Wedding in Draper/Jackpot Trip

The weekend after my birthday, Jonathan's good friend Mike Rice was getting married in Draper, UT. So our friends Ryan and Courtney and Jonathan and I decided to turn the weekend into a mini vacation. We road-tripped down to Grampa & Arlene's on Thursday night and they were so sweet to let us crash there. Then in the morning we headed down to Draper where we met up with our other good friends Craig & Katie. Turns out the Draper Temple is BEAUTIFUL! I loved it there, and their sealing was awesome! We then headed to their brunch right after and wished them a happy married life!

After their brunch, the four of us drove to Jackpot, NV for a little gambling trip (it was only fitting since I had just turned 21, 3 days previously!) We got a hotel room there for the night and stayed out until around 3 having a blast! Jonathan and I lost all that we had allowed ourselves to play with... oops! But Ryan and Courtney are our new idols, they won Eight-Hundred bucks! Those lucky dogs! We had such a fun little trip together, unfortunately you can't take pictures in a casino (I wanted to document my first gambling trip!), but no could do!

21

On June 28th I turned 21, this was kind of a big deal because now I am old enough to buy alcohol an gamble! Haha just kidding, turns out its really not a big deal when you're LDS (although I'm not going to lie, we did make a stop in Jackpot, NV and I did a little gambling, it was pretty fun!)  Anyway, so for my birthday I worked half of the day just in the morning, then went over to Jonathan's families house and ate cake and had presents, then they took me to the lake (its my new annual birthday activity!) and we barbequed an tubed, and surfed and wakeboarded! It was a super fun birthday, especially cause Jonathan got me a sweet new tube that makes tubing even more fun! Jonathan's mom took me shopping and I got a pretty new dress and wedges, Christina got me some Victoria's Secrect perfume and lotions, and Natalie gave me a cute shirt and jewlery! I just love them, and thanks everyone for wishing me a happy birthday, it was a great day!

A Surfer's Kiss!

This picture is super funny to me!

Jonathan is a REALLY good wakeboarder!

4th Annual Cushman Beach Vacation!!!

So, beach trip this year was AWESOME! Big thanks to mom and dad for getting a sweet house and making it so fun!

We were so glad to get to see everyone and get to hang out for a week. Seeing my sweet niece Avery was probably the highlight of the trip for me, when I first saw her she just gave me this BIG smile and came right to me to let me hold her, and I just cried a little cause it was so sweet! Man I miss that little girl!!

Pineapple Willy's of course!
