Did we just become best friends?..... YUP!

That was our quote of the weekend, a long with singing "We're the 6 best friends that anyone could have..." wow, now we sound super lame! haha
Anyway, Kelsey's boss's let us have their cabin up in McCall for the weekend & it was awesome! Jonathan's parents let us trade them cars & use their suburban so the 6 of us could make the 2 hour drive together.

Our drive consisted of bubble blowing contests...

Once we got to the cabin, the boys trucked through the snow on the driveway (after convincing Jonathan that he COULD NOT attempt to drive through the snow without getting stuck) & used the snowblower there to plow the way! It was actually pretty cool to watch, so we ( the girls) of course grabbed our cameras & rolled down the windows from the car... only to have our 'sweet' husbands turn the sprayer so they got snow all on us & in the car! (brilliant..) needless to say, they were in a little bit of trouble from us for doing what they thought was just a funny prank. (turns out it was NOT funny! & the windows took FOREVER to roll up!)

That night, we ate some snacks, watched some shows & crashed.

In the morning after sleeping in we made our way to the famous "Pancake House" for a delicious breakfast!

They are famous for these huge cinnamon rolls... turns out they didn't taste that awesome though

Once we got back to the cabin we put our snow gear on to head to the "Activity Barn" for some epic snow tubing. Of Course before we left the boys had to start a little snowball fight:

This precious little boy was fast asleep in his tub, & we saw his dad continue to go down the hill with this little guy as he continued to sleep! haha

I also have to mention that on my way from the tow rope dropping me off I was sliding down to the spot at the top of the hill (I'm not sure if this is making any sense but just go with it...) Anyway, Kelsey was waiting for me there and thought she could stop me from sliding with her tube and he standing behind her tube, well if you can envision this I fly right into her tube which basically clotheslines her and makes her face plant then bounce twice onto her tube. If you can't picture this, it was the funniest thing in the world!! However, she did have a headache basically the rest of the trip, so she may or may not have suffered a slight concussion from this hilarious event. 

After the tubing hill, us girls decided to get all ready & warm again, while the boys stayed out & tried to build an igloo... I should mention that two hours later they complained that that was the stupidest idea they've even had & left it halfway finished! 

For dinner we went out to Laredo's

Then we came back home & played games until wayy too late (us girls were getting a little grumpy & not so fun to play games with!) 

Before heading back home on Sunday, we made a huge breakfast together & did a little devotional

Then we cleaned up & headed home. (I was especially excited to come home & have a surprise visit from Grampa& Arlene who stayed the night with us!!)

We had an amazing weekend & have had so much fun with our friends!
