Big Changes!

So in July of 2013 Jonathan had this idea to finally put a gym in Middleton (7 miles from Star)... he'd always talked about it, but this time was getting serious about it because the one place that would be perfect for a spot in Middleton opened up another place next door so we could combine the leases as well as the price dropped and around the same time Jonathan happened to find a great deal on a bunch of equipment. So in a matter of days this went from being just an idea for the future to our game plan. In order to make this happen we would need to sell our house so that we could use that money to go towards the gym. Needless to say, I was an emotional wreck! Here I am anticipating bringing our baby girl home to her finished nursery here in this house in two months or less, and have my husband working this job where I know how much  money we're going to make and he can have flexible hours and I see him all the time, to suddenly life having this huge risk and unknown of starting another business and having to find somewhere to live and not know if were going to make money! It was a lot of stress. But I slowly got on board... we found a place to rent in Middleton just a quarter mile away from where the gym would be. The lease got figured out and was going to be a great deal for us! Jonathan worked his booty off getting equipment and shipping and improvements done in the building. We ended up selling our house to Todd (Jonathan's old boss) as an investment property which worked out fabulous for us because we were able to get cash a lot sooner and make things happen faster for the gym. Things needed to happen FAST because, hello? I could have a baby at any time.

Then before we knew it, it was our last day in our first house together, and I had to say goodbye to my cute nursery before even bringing our baby home to it!
