So here I am, been married for a month and a half, and I figure I may as well join the club and be one of those married ladies with a blog! I attempted a blog a few months ago, but it turned out just being a place for my mom and I to share wedding ideas, so hopefully this one will be more of the journal/keeping up with the Eldredge's kind of deal!
Not gonna lie, part of the reason I actually started this was just cause I was out of my mind BORED at work and figured this would give me something to do, cause I have a feeling I will feel similar to my sister-in-law Brittany about blogging and that it will stress me out to stay up to date! But ya gotta start somewhere!
So since Jonathan and I were married on July 17th, we've been to Hawaii for a week on our honeymoon which was unbelievable! And now were just back in the swing of things just working and living in our sweet little one bedroom apartment and enjoying life!
Jonathan is a manager and personal trainer at a gym and loving it, they actually just hired me on last week just part-time to learn the financial end of how things work there so I'll start that on Wednesday, as well as I still have my other part-time job receptioning at the day spa.
Just a few weeks ago we were able to fly to GA and have our second reception there and it was the perfect ending to our perfect wedding! Our wedding day was everything I had ever dreamed it would be, we were sealed in the Boise temple, followed by a luncheon at a local hotel banquet room, and topped off with a beautiful reception in Jonathan's backyard with a big white tent, beautiful flowers everywhere, and dancefloor, and apparently very good food (I didn't get to eat any...) mostly all put together by Jonathan's grandma who we are very appreciative of! Then 3 weeks later for our GA reception I was getting bummed out because the weather had a 60% chance of thunderstorms that day, but somehow we lucked out with a perfect evening decorated beautifully! A big thanks to my family members and Suzie for all the hard work they did to put that on for us! So here's a few pictures from the wedding day, and I'll follow up on the next post with pictures of Georgia :)
BEST DAY EVER!!!!
(I miss it...)
